ECT Clarification Technology builds upon traditional clarification tank technology by introducing sand media as a carrier during the flocculation stage.This enhances the flocculation reaction efficiency, achieving higher-performance sludge-water separation and sedimentation.The addition of sand media increases the collision of particles in the water,ensuring excellent coagulation effects for various water qualities,particularly beneficial for treating low-temperature and low-turbidity water.The sand media acts as the core of the floc,increasing its density and facilitating rapid sedimentation and re- moval.This significantly improves the design surface load of the sedimentation tank,enabling the deep removal of SS,TP,and non-soluble CODcr,especially achieving extreme removal of total phos- phorus(TP).The effluent quality surpasses the Class I surface water standard.Additionally,activated carbon can be optionally added to remove refractory CODcr,ensuring highly reliable effluent quality. The technology is characterized by excellent treatment performance,high efficiency,compact foot- print,and stable operation.The customized sand media dosing and capture recovery system achieves a micro-sand recovery rate of over 99.5%. The sand media clarification tank process replaces traditional high-efficiency sedimentation tanks,of- fering two major advantages:higher treatment efficiency and a smaller footprint.When combined with a denitrification filter,it forms an advanced treatment process that can be applied in areas such as wastewater quality improvement,river overflow treatment,and fluoride removal in photovoltaic waste- water treatment.

●Occupies a small area and can be flexibly applied to new construction,expansion,or in-situ renovation and capac- ity expansion of sewage treatment plants.

● The sand medium accelerates flocculation,and the sedimentation tank system starts up swiftly,with minimal impact from variations in hydraulic load,exhibiting a robust adaptability to changes in both water volume and quality.

●Achieves advanced treatment of TP with excellent effluent quality and high stability,capable of handling hydraulic loading rates up to 30-50 m/h.It boasts the smallest footprint among similar products and the most economical civil engineering costs.

● Environmentally friendly,the sludge formed by the sand medium does not cause secondary pollution to the envi- ronment and has no impact on the subsequent incineration treatment of sludge.

● It can be optionally equipped with the function of adding powdered activated carbon,which can effectively remove soluble and difficult-to-degrade COD from water.

● The equipment operates stably with simple maintenance,and the entire process is intelligently controlled,en- abling unmanned operation.
