Silo

Brief introduction:

ECT silo adopts a flat-bottom structure, relying on sludge gravity discharge.

The sliding frame system is equipped with a hydraulic torque feedback device, which is also used to prevent sludge bridging

The bottom of the silo adopts a sliding frame and a screw to boost the discharge, which is convenient and fast to unload the sludge.

The outlet is equipped with a hydraulically driven knife gate valve, which is stored and discharged by opening and closing the gate valve.

The material can be unloaded into a truck box or pump and metered,

The top of the silo is equipped with a radar wave level gauge for level indication and corresponding alarm.

Silo body, sliding frame system, discharge screw, gate valve can be designed according to the needs of the site in different sizes or shapes to adapt to different site conditions.

Compared to other sludge storage methods, it is more environmentally friendly, consumes less power, has few moving parts and is easy to maintain.

Hydraulic station

ECT's original full-sealed outdoor hydraulic station can run stably outdoors for long time. The pressure feedback hydraulic drive system provides the sliding frame a great power and protection.The hydraulic station is equipped with an energy storing device which can close the valve in case of power failure. The fuel tank treated with anti-corrosion can avoid rust to ensure the service life.

Discharge device

Including a sliding frame and a screw conveyor.
The sliding frame is used to prevent the upper material from bridging and push the material into the screw conveyor located at the bottom of the silo. The spiral rotates to transport the material, which would be loaded by gravity from outlet into the truck for transportation or into the next process. The material of the sliding frame is alloy steel, and the spiral material is stainless steel.

 

Gate valve

The gate valve installed on the output side of the screw conveyor from silo bottom is hydraulically driven. The valve plate has a reliable seal and extremely high strength, which can ensure long-term use without leakage. The gate valve is made of stainless steel and can be customized to match different sizes and shapes required. 

 

Level gauge

The radar wave level gauge, which is on the top of the silo, can always display and monitor the height of the material. Once over-high level is detected,the control system would give an alarm signal.

 

Control cabinets

ECT electric control cabinets, which adopt PLC system controller, use centralized control mode to realize detection and multiple groups of failure warning.PLC system transports condition status signal to the central control room via bus interface under automatic mode.
