Piston pumps

ECT piston pumps is a complete equipment set, which mainly includes buffer hopper, screw feeder, piston pump, hydraulic power pack, control cabinet and other necessary accessories for safe and efficient operation.
The new piston pump developed by ECT can completely eliminate the material back-flow caused by the suction channel during reversing of traditional piston pumps. Once the feeding pope valve opened and the discharge poppet valve closed by the other side, the material cylinder carries out the suction and the material cylinder is full of material and start to push and pump; The material cylinders on both sides would alternate from each other and complete the conveying process independently. Due to stable pipe pressure and low noise,it is suitable for viscous semi-solid materials with high viscosity and poor self-fluidity.

Advantages of ECT piston pumps:
The output of the pumps could be adjusted infinitely within 20% of the maximum value;
Based on the simple structure,the poppet valve reaches low wear and failure rate;
The diameter of the material cylinder is large, which makes the material suction in low water content easier and more efficiency;
The reversing of the system is controlled within 8 times per minute, which realize the low wear of parts and long service life;
Chrome plating in the cylinder. The cylinder seal adopts imported multi-channel combination seal, which is well sealed to prevent debris from entering the hydraulic system;
The service life of the piston head reaches over one million times;
The surface is sandblasted and reaches a grade of Sa2.5. Outsides are special painted with construction machinery and insides was ceramic containing epoxy asphalt painted for 4 times each, with a thickness of 300um;
The pumps could be switched under different work modes of operation,emergency stop and maintenance.The head of cylinder and piston could be disassembled and replaced easily and quickly .

Hydraulic station

Hydraulic station
The noise of the hydraulic device should be below 80dB; The parts are highly standardized and easy to overhaul and replace. The oil tanks,which  are treated with phosphate internally, are made of carbon steel. The whole unit set includes oil pump, oil tank, oil filter, various control valves, instruments and power distribution. The entire hydraulic unit is equipped with a reliable overload protection circuit, which can operate safely, effectively and reliably under any working conditions without damaging the hydraulic unit, and the protection class/insulation class is IP55/F.

 

Double screw unloader

The screw feeder adopts double helix structure. It was driven by motor and frequency inverter to adjust the conveying volume automatically , which could match the conveying volume of piston pump.It does work on preloading the sludge into the plunger pump.  The spiral structure specially designed for the transport of viscous paste material and the precise, which has self-cleaning function and can prevent the viscous material from sticking between the spirals. Both sides of the spiral shaft are provided access ports for easy maintenance.The shell is made of carbon steel and the blade is made of stainless steel.

 

Buffer silos

The buffer hopper is located between the dewatered sludge screw conveyor and the plunger pump screw feeder for the material balance of the sludge conveying process, and is equipped with an electric twin-shaft screw feeder,which includes material level control and independent bracing.

 

Control cabinets

Centralized control by PLC, cabinet has both modes under automatic and manual operation with resistance detection function. It works with limit switch to control the position and realize detection and multiple groups of failure warning.
