Our spare parts service offers you:
- Detailed exploded view of spare parts (including seals, valves, pumps, pumping stations, travel switches, electrical components,... ) to be identified
- If the old part is no longer in production, identify a replacement spare part
- Individual delivery
- Configured sealing assemblies are available from stock
- Delivery times that meet the requirements:
Spare parts are shipped the same day if they are in stock and the order is received by 2 p.m. If you produce customized spare parts, you benefit from our flexible production: Priority is given to urgently needed parts without delaying normal production. - Spare parts can be installed on request, also at the work site
Special repair service tools for short-term needs of standard products:
- Rapid Range: A predefined product on the customer's side for four days
- Priority management: Individually shortened delivery times in the customer's single-piece production
- Failed Orders: Deliver as quickly as possible in the event of a machine breakdown
